Okay, I know what you’re thinking, “SC…it’s almost the end of December.” I know. But I realized I never posted it so here we go!
OCTOBER GOALS
FOR THE NEXT 30 DAYS, I WILL:
– create new, sustainable habits (via baby steps) that will help me succeed. … This has been life-changing. Tiny, baby steps are the key to success!
I WILL DO THIS BY:
– adding small, daily tasks that help elevate my mood, my goals, my life. … Every night, I spend 15 minutes cleaning up, regardless of how tired I am. It always pays off in the morning to wake up & realize all I have to do is unload the dishwasher & put the wash in the dryer. Hellz yeah.
BY DOING THIS, I AM TAKING CARE OF MY:
– mental health & my future … One hundo percent! I’m amazed at how much better I feel at night (feeling accomplished) or in the morning (feeling proud).
WHAT DID I LEARN FROM THE PREVIOUS MONTH’S GOAL:
– I learned the secret to success isn’t overnight, life-altering decisions. “The devil’s in the details” is very apropos. Telling my inner brat to calm her tits & we’re gonna work on cleaning the sink isn’t always fun but holy shit. I feel so much better in the morning. There’s this sense of accomplishment I feel when I walk into the kitchen to get my morning Bang (hahaha – no, seriously. I do that). Even being all groggy, I feel like I got this. 🙂
Moving on to November!
FOR THE NEXT 30 DAYS, I WILL:
– take care of my physical health
I WILL DO THIS BY:
– finally going to the doctor about my ear/hearing. It’s been a lifetime of this & I’m ready to fix it for good.
BY DOING THIS, I AM TAKING CARE OF MY:
– my physical health, my hearing, my mental health, & my self-esteem. I fully admit my hearing is shot & has been since childhood. I’m ready now to do something about it.
