I forgot to write these out. Haha – whoops! Let’s jump right into it!
A quick recap of what I was working on. As a reminder, my notes for this month will be italicized.
SEPTEMBER GOALS
FOR THE NEXT 30 DAYS, I WILL:
â use what I have in-house as much as I can … Meh. Overall, not too shabby but it could’ve been better.
I WILL DO THIS BY:
â cooking meals with what’s in my cabinet, fridge, & freezer. Not buying myself anything new & fancy. Using what I’ve already spent money on. You get the idea. … Okay, using things in house, I did a pretty good job. I would say about 70% of the time. I did buy a few things that were “new & fancy” but I feel like it was needed. Things like bras & good shoes. Justified, right? đ
BY DOING THIS, I AM TAKING CARE OF MY:
â financial health … Absolutely!
WHAT DID I LEARN FROM THE PREVIOUS MONTH’S GOAL:
– I learned I can make a lot work without needing to buy anything new. Some things are easy to swipe out or get an alternative, like using applesauce in my morning oatmeal when I ran out of strawberry preserves. Others, not so much, like realizing my feet hurt & I needed new shoes.
Now that September is done & we’re about halfway through October, let’s get you caught up on what I’m working on:
FOR THE NEXT 30 DAYS, I WILL:
â create new, sustainable habits (via baby steps) that will help me succeed.
I WILL DO THIS BY:
â adding small, daily tasks that help elevate my mood, my goals, my life.
BY DOING THIS, I AM TAKING CARE OF MY:
â mental health & my future
