Right at the moment, I’m doing really good. I know it won’t last forever & I know I need to be prepared for the next time I’ll start to feel low. One of the biggest factors for me is recognizing the signs of an episode BEFORE it happens. To the Average Joe, that doesn’t sound like much. But to those of us who fight back, catching yourself on that slippery slope is important. If you catch it early, you can start counter-attacking & you won’t feel so blindsided, & hopefully, it won’t last so long.
Everyone is different & no two people will have the same type of warning signs. I found this good list of someone’s experiences. Maybe it’ll help you & give you something of a head’s up.
